Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Teles Tattoo Halle, owner Florin-Răzvan Brebu, Am Steintor 6, 06112 Halle (Saale), Germany, telephone +49 172 2173974, email telestattoo@yahoo.com) of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example a letter sent by post or an email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than our least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees because of the reimbursement.

For services: If you requested that services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay an amount proportionate to the services provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal, compared with the full scope of services covered by the contract.

Starting services during the withdrawal period

For paid services, the right of withdrawal expires only when the service has been fully performed and the statutory requirements have been met, in particular your express consent to performance beginning before the withdrawal period ends and your acknowledgement that the right will expire on full performance. Sending a value voucher by email does not automatically extinguish the right of withdrawal.
