Refund policy

(Vouchers, deposits & services)

1. No refunds on deposits

Deposits are used to reserve an appointment and are generally non-refundable, even in the case of:
• Appointment cancellation
• No-show
• Illness
• Rescheduling

2. Appointment cancellations and postponements
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will result in the complete loss of the deposit.
• In case of a "no-show", the deposit will be retained in full.

3. Gift Cards (GoodShine)

Vouchers:
• cannot be returned
• not refundable,
• not paid out in cash,
• and cannot be exchanged.

Vouchers are valid indefinitely and can be used for any service.

4. Cancellation is not permitted for tattoo services.

According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal for tattoo services, as these are provided individually and according to customer wishes.

Once the service has started, a refund is not possible.

5. Refunds for online purchases (Klarna / Paypal)

In cases of erroneous duplicate payments or technical problems, an individual review will be conducted.
Refunds are only possible if:
• a demonstrably incorrect booking exists
• a payment was accidentally made twice
