Returns and Refunds

1. Statutory rights

This policy explains refunds for vouchers, deposits and tattoo services. Statutory rights of withdrawal, rights relating to defects, termination and damages remain unaffected. No additional voluntary right of return is offered.

2. Deposits, cancellations and no-shows

Deposits are credited towards the tattoo price. Cancellations or requests to reschedule must reach us at least 48 hours before the agreed appointment starts. For timely cancellations, we refund the deposit; at your request, it may be transferred to a mutually confirmed replacement appointment. For later cancellations or no-shows, the deposit may be offset against legally valid remuneration or damages claims. We account for expenses saved and income from rebooking the appointment and provide a transparent calculation of any justified claim. Any excess is refunded. You expressly retain the right to prove that no loss or a substantially smaller loss occurred. Statutory withdrawal rights and other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. 3. Cancellation by the studio

If we cannot provide an agreed service, we offer a replacement appointment. If no replacement is agreed, we refund the deposit for the service not provided. Further statutory claims remain unaffected.

4. Vouchers

Ordinary cash redemption of voucher balances is excluded unless there is a legal entitlement. Statutory withdrawal rights remain available for vouchers bought online. The indefinite validity previously promised for vouchers already issued is not retrospectively restricted. This policy does not introduce a shortened redemption period for ordinary value vouchers. Partial redemption preserves any remaining balance.

5. Withdrawal and services already started

For consumer distance contracts, please consult our withdrawal policy and model form. Neither an individually designed tattoo nor sending a voucher by email automatically excludes the right of withdrawal. Any compensation for services already provided or expiry of the withdrawal right requires the statutory conditions to be met. Statutory rights relating to defects remain available after a tattoo has started or been completed.

6. Payment errors and refund method

Please report duplicate payments, incorrect charges or a missing voucher with the order or payment reference. Do not send complete card details. Refunds are generally made using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without additional costs. Statutory refund deadlines, especially on withdrawal, are observed. Statutory consumer rights also apply to Klarna payments.

Alternatively, we may offer a value voucher for a later tattoo service in our studio. This alternative is voluntary, requires your express agreement in the individual refund case and is not preselected. Without that agreement, a legally required refund is made using the original payment method. Statutory rights and refund deadlines are not restricted.
