1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services offered by Teles Tattoo Halle, including tattoos, consultations, deposits, online payments, vouchers and all other services offered.

2. Appointment scheduling and deposits

An appointment is only considered binding once a deposit has been paid.
Deposits are binding and will not be refunded, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
• Cancellations less than 48 hours before the appointment: Deposit is forfeited in full.
• In case of no-show: the deposit will be retained in full.
• Rescheduling is only possible by prior arrangement.

3. Prices and payment methods

Prices are discussed with the client before the session begins.
The following payment methods are available:
• Cash payment in the studio
• Online payment (e.g. Klarna, PayPal, bank transfer – mainly for vouchers)
• Card payment, if available

4. Gift cards (GoodShine)

Vouchers:
• are not refundable,
• not payable in cash,
• non-refundable,
• remain valid indefinitely.

An appointment is required to redeem a voucher.

5. Customer's health

The customer confirms that he:
• is of legal age or has the appropriate authorization (see point 8),
• has no medical contraindications,
• is not under the influence of alcohol, medication or drugs,
• and does not conceal any allergies or illnesses that could affect tattooing.

Any health problems must be reported before the start of the meeting.

6. Disclaimer

Teles Tattoo Halle accepts no liability for:
• allergic reactions to colors or materials,
• Healing processes that are impaired by inadequate care,
• Color changes or skin reactions that are individually caused,
• Damage caused by failure to follow aftercare instructions.

7. Warranty

Minor adjustments may be necessary and will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
Free follow-up appointments are a courtesy and not a legal entitlement.

8. Tattoos in minors

Tattoos are not performed on persons under 16 years of age.

For young people aged 16 and over, a tattoo is only possible with the express written consent of a parent or guardian.

The parent/guardian must:
• appear in person at the studio,
• show his ID,
• and sign the consent form on site, in our presence.

No tattoo will be performed on minors without their presence and written consent.

9. Right of withdrawal

According to § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal, as tattoos are individual services that are provided according to customer specifications.

10. Data protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be accessed on our website.

11. Jurisdiction and applicable law

German law applies.
The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Halle (Saale).
