1. Scope and contracting party
These terms apply to contracts for tattoos, vouchers and other expressly agreed services with Florin-Răzvan Brebu, Teles Tattoo Halle, Am Steintor 6, 06112 Halle (Saale), Germany. Individual agreements take precedence. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
2. Appointments, deposits and cancellations
A tattoo appointment becomes binding after our confirmation and payment of the agreed deposit. The deposit is credited in full towards the agreed tattoo price. Please notify us of cancellations or requests to reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment starts, preferably by email or telephone. If we receive the cancellation at least 48 hours in advance, we refund the deposit. At your request, it may instead be transferred to a mutually agreed replacement appointment. A new appointment requires our confirmation.
For later cancellations or no-shows, we may offset the deposit against legally valid claims for remuneration or damages. We take account, in particular, of expenses saved and income from rebooking the reserved appointment. We retain only the amount of a justified claim and refund any excess. You expressly retain the right to demonstrate that no loss, or a substantially smaller loss, occurred. The deposit is not automatically forfeited as a penalty. Statutory withdrawal rights and other mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If we cancel, we offer a replacement appointment; if none is agreed, we refund the deposit for the service not provided.
3. Prices and payment
The scope and total price are agreed before the session begins. Prices quoted to consumers are final prices including any VAT legally due. The payment methods displayed in the studio or at checkout are available. Additional paid services require agreement.
4. Vouchers
Value vouchers are credited towards the price of agreed services. Partial redemption is possible and any remaining balance is preserved. Cash payment is excluded unless there is a legal entitlement. Statutory withdrawal, refund and defect-related rights remain unaffected.
Ordinary value vouchers have no shortened redemption period. These terms do not retrospectively restrict the indefinite validity previously promised for vouchers already issued. Different conditions for future promotions must be expressly and validly agreed before purchase. A tattoo appointment and medical suitability are also required when redeeming a voucher.
5. Health, informed consent and aftercare
Before the session, please inform us of relevant allergies, illnesses, medication and other circumstances that may affect tattooing or healing. Seek medical advice beforehand if there are health concerns. We provide information and obtain informed consent before tattooing and may refuse or postpone a treatment for safety reasons. Please follow the aftercare instructions provided. Individual healing outcomes do not replace an assessment of statutory claims.
6. Liability
Statutory liability rules apply. Liability for culpably caused injury to life, body or health, and for intent or gross negligence, is neither excluded nor limited. Neither consent to tattooing nor information about healing risks excludes statutory claims.
7. Defects and touch-ups
Statutory rights relating to defects remain fully applicable. Please contact us with any complaint so that we can assess the circumstances and an appropriate remedy. Remedial work required by law is not merely a goodwill service. Any additional voluntary touch-up services are agreed separately.
8. Minors
We do not tattoo anyone under 16. For 16- and 17-year-olds, we assess their capacity to understand and consent and the consent of their legal guardians individually. The required consent must be demonstrated at the studio; a legal guardian must attend in person and present identification. Where custody is shared, the necessary consent of both guardians must be ensured. There is no entitlement to have a tattoo performed.
9. Withdrawal from distance contracts
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concluded online or otherwise at a distance. A tattoo’s individual design does not automatically exclude this right. Details, the withdrawal period and the model withdrawal form are available in our withdrawal policy. Sending a value voucher digitally does not by itself extinguish the right of withdrawal. There is no general statutory distance-contract withdrawal right for contracts concluded in the studio.
10. Data protection
Our privacy policy explains how personal data is processed. Customer photographs and tattoo images are published only on an appropriate legal basis, in particular separate consent.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection in your country of habitual residence remains available where required by law. Statutory jurisdiction rules apply; no exclusive jurisdiction in Halle is agreed for consumers.
12. Teles Tattoo Club
Club memberships run for 12 months from purchase and end without automatic renewal. The one-time total price is €200 for Silver, €400 for Gold and €800 for Diamond. The benefits and additional conditions displayed before purchase for the selected plan apply. Membership is personal. Priority appointments depend on availability and do not guarantee a particular appointment. Restrictions on combining discounts concern discount coupons; paid value vouchers remain usable as payment under their redemption conditions.
Statutory withdrawal rights, rights to terminate for good cause and statutory refund claims remain unaffected. The 48-hour rule for individual tattoo appointments does not restrict these rights. The immediate start of a membership term does not by itself extinguish a statutory withdrawal right.
13. Online declarations and automated information
The footer link “Vertrag widerrufen” provides access to the statutory withdrawal form. After entering the contract details, submit the declaration using “Widerruf bestätigen”. Use “Verträge hier kündigen” to declare termination and submit it using “jetzt kündigen”. An acknowledgement of receipt is sent to the email address provided. Other legally permissible ways of making these declarations remain available. Registration is not required for these forms.
